I've subscribed but it's not working. What does a deferred subscription mean?

It appears you haven't subscribed to Premium yet. You've purchased a code that enables you to subscribe to Premium whenever you're prepared. You'll have a 12-month window to decide when to start it.

 

I've paid and I still haven't received my code to subscribe. What should I do?

Can I request a refund for this purchase?

Refunds are not available for this particular offer.

 

Can I purchase this offer if I currently have a Premium subscription?

Certainly! However, remember that you'll need to cancel the auto-renewal of your current plan as soon as possible. This way, when it expires, you can initiate a new subscription using your code. This code is valid for 12 months, so plan accordingly. :)
