You may have noticed that the price of our Premium Pro plans differs depending on where you make your purchase. When you purchase Premium Pro directly within the Hole19 app on your iPhone, your transaction is processed through the Apple App Store. Similarly, if you subscribe using an Android smartphone, your purchase is managed by the Google Play Store. Both platforms deduct a commission from each transaction.
To avoid these additional fees, we recommend subscribing directly from our website. This allows us to provide direct support for any issues you may encounter. If you subscribe through Apple or Google, you'll need to contact their Customer Service for assistance, which could potentially result in longer wait times or limitations in resolving your concerns.

Legacy Plans: What Are They and Who Has Access?

Legacy plans are exclusively available to customers who subscribed to our Premium services through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before we updated our offerings. These plans include discontinued products like Lite plans and offer a limited set of features compared to our current Premium Pro plan. We maintain these legacy plans out of loyalty to our long-time customers, ensuring they do not lose access to the features they initially subscribed to.

However, we do not take responsibility if these plans encounter issues, and we strongly recommend against new customers subscribing to them. We will not be adding new features or providing support for these legacy plans in the future.
