We suggest subscribing to Premium PRO directly on the Hole19 website.
You can also subscribe to Premium PRO using the Hole19 app. If you use an iPhone and make an in-app purchase, it will be handled through the App Store and managed by Apple. If you use an Android device and purchase Premium PRO through the app, it will be processed via the Play Store and managed by Google. ON THE HOLE19 WEBSITE
Using a smartphone:
- Visit hole19golf.com/premium and scroll to the bottom of the page;
- Select a plan (Yearly, 6-Month, or Monthly) by tapping Start Free Trial;
- Sign in with the same credentials you use in the Hole19 app;
- If you have a promo code, tap Add code, enter the code in capital letters, and Apply.
- Fill in your information and tap the blue Start Trial button (or Subscribe - if you’ve used a trial before, it will no longer be available);
- Congrats! You have completed the process. You will receive a confirmation email, and your Premium PRO features will be unlocked automatically.
Using a computer/laptop:
- Visit hole19golf.com/premium and scroll to the bottom of the page;
- Select a plan (Yearly, 6-Month, or Monthly) by clicking Start Free Trial;
- Sign in with the same credentials you use in the Hole19 app;
- If you have a promo code, tap Add promotion code on the left side of the screen, enter the code in capital letters, and Apply;
- Fill in your information on the right side of the screen and click on the blue Start Trial button (or Subscribe - if you’ve used a trial before, it will no longer be available);
- Congrats! You have completed the process. You will receive a confirmation email, and your Premium PRO features will be unlocked automatically.
SUBSCRIBING TO PREMIUM PRO ON THE APP (Managed by Apple or Google)
- Tap Me (Profile, on Android) at the bottom bar;
- Select the blue Start Trial button on the Premium PRO banner;
- Select a plan (Yearly, 6-Month, or Monthly) and tap the blue button at the bottom of the screen to confirm the purchase;
- You will receive a Welcome email from us and a receipt from the App Store/Play Store, depending on the device you used. Your Premium PRO features will be unlocked automatically but you may have to close and reopen your app.
NOTES
- Confirm the email address linked to your account in the Hole19 app by tapping Me (Profile, on Android) at the bottom bar, then the Settings cogwheel at the top-right corner, and Profile Settings.
- When a subscription includes a trial period, you are not immediately charged. Your credit card will only be charged upon the renewal date (when the trial period ends and the actual plan starts).
- All subscriptions are auto-renewable. Premium PRO will automatically renew at the duration selected unless the auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. See here to see how to cancel the renewal of your subscription.
