Premium PRO Subscription - Change platforms

Do you already have a Premium PRO subscription but want to switch from the App Store or Play Store to a subscription directly through the Hole19 website? Do you have a promo code you'd like to use but are currently subscribed via the App Store or Play Store? Follow these steps to make the switch smoothly.

 

1st. Cancel your subscription renewal

To switch platforms, the first step is to cancel the renewal of your existing subscription. Here’s how you can do it:

 

2nd. Wait for your subscription to expire 

After canceling the auto-renewal, you'll need to wait until your current subscription expires before you can resubscribe through a different platform. If you’ve subscribed within the last 15 days, you may be eligible for a refund. Click here for refund instructions.

 

 

3rd. Resubscribe on our website

Once your subscription has expired, you can resubscribe. We highly recommend subscribing through our website—it's more cost-effective, and we can provide you with better support. 😃

 

4th. Using promo codes 

If you have a promo code to use on our website, ensure that you don’t have an active subscription, as it’s not possible to maintain more than one active subscription at a time.

  • All Hole19 Premium PRO subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Please cancel your renewal at least 24 hours before the end date to avoid being charged for a new period.
