Want to move your Premium or Intelligence subscription from the App Store or Play Store to the Hole19 website? Or do you have a promo code to redeem on the website but are currently subscribed through a mobile store? Follow the steps below to make the switch without losing access.
1. Cancel your subscription renewal
Start by cancelling the auto-renewal of your current subscription. You can do this directly from your store:
2. Wait for your subscription to expire
After cancelling auto-renewal, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, you won't lose access right away. Once it expires, you'll be ready to resubscribe on a different platform.

3. Resubscribe on our website
Once your subscription has expired, head to the Hole19 website to resubscribe. Subscribing directly through our website is more cost-effective and means we can offer you faster, better support.
4. Using a promo code
If you have a promo code to redeem on our website, make sure you don't have an active subscription before applying it. Subscriptions cannot be stacked or combined, a promo code won't extend an existing plan, it will only activate a new one once your current subscription has expired.
