Troubleshooting Connection - Smartwatches

Is your watch not starting a round? Are you seeing a message to 'Get Premium' even though you are already a Premium or Intelligence user? Is Hole19 not installed on your Apple Watch?

Most of these problems come from Hole19 being on different versions on your phone and on your watch. That is the first thing to check, and the quickest to fix.

iOS

  • Update Hole19 on your iPhone. Open the App Store and install any pending update.
  • Reinstall the watch app. On your iPhone, open the Watch app, scroll down to Hole19, turn off Show App on Apple Watch, then turn it back on. Under Available Apps you should see Hole19 updating.
  • Check that your watch is connected. In Hole19 on your iPhone, go to the Me tab, then Settings, and look at Watch App Status.

  • Still not connecting? Restart both devices:
    • On your iPhone: press and quickly release the volume up button, then the volume down button, then hold the side button. Release it when the Apple logo appears.
    • On your Apple Watch: hold the side button and the Digital Crown together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
