If you save a round while offline or without an internet connection, the round will not sync automatically to your Hole19 profile until you reconnect to the internet.
How to Sync an Offline Round
- Open the Hole19 app
- Go to the Performance tab in the bottom menu
- Find your saved rounds list
- Check for rounds that appear greyed out and show an exclamation mark (!)
- Connect to a stable internet connection
- Wait a few moments for the round to sync automatically
Once synced, the round will appear normally in your Performance history.
Troubleshooting
If your round is not syncing, try the following:
- Make sure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network
- Fully close and reopen the Hole19 app
- Pull down to refresh the Performance screen
- Check that you are logged into the correct Hole19 account
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
If the round still does not sync after trying the steps above, contact us at help@hole19golf.com and include:
- Your Hole19 account email
- The course name
- The date of the round
- Screenshots of the unsynced round, if possible
