Sync Offline Rounds

If you save a round while offline or without an internet connection, the round will not sync automatically to your Hole19 profile until you reconnect to the internet.

 

How to Sync an Offline Round

  1. Open the Hole19 app
  2. Go to the Performance tab in the bottom menu
  3. Find your saved rounds list
  4. Check for rounds that appear greyed out and show an exclamation mark (!)
  5. Connect to a stable internet connection
  6. Wait a few moments for the round to sync automatically

Once synced, the round will appear normally in your Performance history.

 

Troubleshooting

If your round is not syncing, try the following:

  • Make sure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network
  • Fully close and reopen the Hole19 app
  • Pull down to refresh the Performance screen
  • Check that you are logged into the correct Hole19 account
  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest version

If the round still does not sync after trying the steps above, contact us at help@hole19golf.com and include:

  • Your Hole19 account email
  • The course name
  • The date of the round
  • Screenshots of the unsynced round, if possible
