Why my best round is not being shown on the golf course's leaderboard?

This issue is likely happening due to filters designed to prevent fraudulent rounds. To safeguard both our platform and golfers from potential cheating, it's crucial to maintain the reliability of the leaderboard. One of these filters restricts rounds that deviate by more than 15 strokes below the playing handicap. It is imperative to ensure the accurate input of your playing handicap to address this matter effectively.

Example:

Your course is a Par 54, and your correct playing handicap is 21. On the leaderboard, your best round is recorded as 69, but the best round you've actually played is 63 (which was played with a playing handicap of 28, not your correct handicap).

Here’s how it works:

  • Par 54 + 21 (playing handicap) - 15 (strokes) = 60, which is less than your score of 69 (so everything is correct according to our algorithm).
  • When you scored 63, you were playing with a handicap of 28. So: 54 + 28 - 15 = 67, which is greater than 63 (that's why this round is not listed on the leaderboard).
