Premium PRO - How to request a refund?

Premium PRO subscription purchased via hole19golf.com:

Customers who have purchased the Hole19 Premium PRO subscription directly from our website are eligible for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at help@hole19golf.com within the specified refund period, and provide the necessary details, including the order confirmation and a brief explanation for the refund request.


Premium PRO subscription purchased via Google Play Store (in-app purchase):

If you are within 15 days of your purchase date, please contact our customer service team at help@hole19golf.com and let us know why you are requesting a refund. Please include a copy of your Google Play receipt, which will have an order number on the receipt (GPA).


Premium PRO subscription purchased via Apple App Store (in-app purchase):

If you subscribed to Premium PRO through your iTunes account, that means your subscription is tightly controlled by Apple, and, unfortunately, we can’t manage these subscriptions on your behalf. Please click here to see how to request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
