Premium Gift Vouchers - FAQ's

Can I buy a voucher for myself?

Yes, you can.

However, please keep the following in mind:

  • The voucher code is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Subscriptions do not stack. The voucher provides a code that can be used to start a new subscription.
  • If you currently have an active subscription, you should first check its renewal or expiration date to make sure the voucher will still be valid when your plan ends.
  • If auto‑renewal is enabled, you must cancel it as soon as possible. Otherwise, your subscription will renew for another paid period, and you won’t be able to use the voucher.
  • Once auto‑renewal is cancelled, your current plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • After the subscription expires, you can then redeem the voucher code to start a new Premium subscription on the Hole19 website.

 

I already have an active subscription (or I’m gifting a voucher to someone who does). If the voucher is redeemed now, will the subscription be extended?

No. Subscriptions do not stack.

If you already have an active subscription:

  • You must cancel auto‑renewal.
  • Wait for your current subscription to fully expire.
  • Only then will you be able to redeem the voucher on the Hole19 website.

Please note that the voucher is only valid for 12 months, so make sure it will still be valid by the time your current plan ends.

 

I’m trying to enter the voucher code in the app, but it asks for a 14‑digit code. My voucher only has 8 digits.

This is expected.

  • The voucher code (8 digits) can only be redeemed when creating a new subscription on the Hole19 website, not inside the app.
  • The 14‑digit code requested in the app is generated after a subscription is created on the website.
  • This 14‑digit code is only required if the subscription was purchased on the website using an email address different from the one associated with your Hole19 account.
  • If you use the same email as your Hole19 account, the subscription will be automatically linked, and no 14‑digit code is needed.

 

I bought a voucher but didn’t receive the email. What’s happening?

The voucher email is sent to the email address entered during checkout.

In many cases, customers use an email address they no longer have access to or don’t check regularly.

If you can’t access that inbox, please contact our support team at help@hole19golf.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

 

I’m a long‑time customer and I’m upset that vouchers are being sold with a 50% discount.

We understand your frustration and appreciate your loyalty.

The Christmas vouchers were designed primarily to be gifted to new users who don’t yet have Hole19 Premium. As this is a new product, we’re running a limited‑time promotional campaign.

Our existing customers benefit from better long‑term pricing, loyalty advantages, and access to campaigns that are not available to new users.

 

How do I redeem a voucher?

  • Each voucher generates a code that allows you to start a new Premium subscription.
  • The code is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • The voucher can only be redeemed by creating a new subscription on the Hole19 website.

Once redeemed, the first year of Premium will already be paid.
