Redeem your CORE Golf subscription (Intelligence)

Your Intelligence subscription includes a free CORE Golf subscription, but it needs to be activated with a quick in-app redemption in Hole19 before CORE Golf will unlock.

Applies to

  • Plan: Intelligence subscribers only
  • Platform: iOS only (CORE Golf is not available on Android)
  • Apps required: Latest version of both Hole19 and CORE Golf

Before you start

  • Update the CORE Golf app to the latest version from the App Store. If you do not have CORE Golf yet, download it first and create an account.

How to redeem CORE Golf

Follow these steps inside the Hole19 app (not CORE Golf):

  • Open the Hole19 app on your iPhone.
  • Tap the Me tab at the bottom.
  • Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  • Select Subscriptions.
  • Tap Redeem CORE Golf subscription.
  • Confirm when prompted.

What to expect

Once the redemption is complete, your Intelligence entitlement will sync across and CORE Golf will unlock automatically. You will not be asked for any additional payment, and the free CORE Golf subscription will remain active for as long as your Intelligence subscription is active.

 

Signing in to CORE Golf

CORE Golf has its own account and password, separate from your Hole19 login. If you created a CORE Golf account previously and cannot remember the password:

  • Open the CORE Golf app.
  • On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
  • Enter the email address you used when creating the CORE Golf account.
  • Follow the reset link sent to your inbox and set a new password.
  • Return to CORE Golf and sign in with the new password.

Troubleshooting

CORE Golf still asks me to pay after redeeming. Force close both apps, reopen Hole19, and repeat the redemption steps. Make sure the CORE Golf app is updated to the latest version. If the issue continues, sign out and back in to Hole19, then try again.

I do not see the Redeem CORE Golf subscription option. This option is only visible to Intelligence subscribers on iOS. Confirm your subscription tier in Me > Settings > Subscriptions. Premium and Free plans do not include CORE Golf.

My CORE Golf account was deleted or I cannot find it. Contact Hole19 Support from inside the app (Me > Settings > Help).

The password reset email never arrives. Check your spam folder and confirm you are using the same email address you signed up with. If nothing arrives, contact support and we will help recover access.
