Reset Password

(If you are Signed in, go to the 'Me/Profile' tab, tap the 'Settings' icon on the top-right and scroll until you find 'Sign out' in red).

- Open Hole19 App, tap 'Already a member? Sign In' at the bottom of the screen, and then 'Forgot Password?'. Write down your email and tap 'Done' to confirm. Tap 'OK', and an email with instructions will follow. 
- Go to your inbox, open the Hole19 email, and tap the 'Click here to change your password' button. Enter your new password and confirm by tapping 'Change My Password'.
- Go back to the App and tap 'Already a member? Sign In', add your email and the new password, and you are done.

You can also recover your password on the Hole19 website. Access this link, enter your email, and click 'Send'. Go to your inbox, open the Hole19 email, and click on the 'Click here to change your password' button. Enter your new password and confirm by tapping 'Change My Password'.
Open the App and tap 'Already a member? Sign In' to add your email and the new password.

Notes:

- If you see the 'Email not found' error message, you have probably used a different email to Sign in the App or selected the 'Sign in with Apple' option.
