Recover/Reset/Create Password

If you are logged into your Hole19 account, head to the tab 'Me/Profile', tap the 'Settings' icon on the top-right, and scroll until you find 'Sign out'. Tap that option to logout from your account.

To create/recover/reset a password:

1. Open the Hole19 App > tap 'Already a member? Sign In' at the bottom of the screen > Tap 'Forgot Password?' > Write down the email that's linked to your account (if your account was created with Facebook/Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, you should enter the email associated with those platforms) > Tap 'Done' to confirm and 'OK' to dismiss.

2. Check the inbox of the email address associated with the account for which you want to create a new password. Locate an email from Hole19 titled 'Reset password instructions' and open it. Click the blue button labeled 'Click here to change your password.' In the 'New Password' field, enter your new password, and in the 'Confirm New Password' field, re-enter the same password to ensure it matches. Once completed, click the blue button labeled 'Change My Password.' You're all set! You can now sign back in using your email and the new password.

3. Return to the Hole19 app. Ensure you're on the correct screen that appears after selecting 'Already a member? Sign In.' Enter your email and the new password, and you're back in.

You can also recover your password on the Hole19 website. Access this link, enter your email, and click 'Send'. Then follow the same steps 2 and 3 described above to reset your password and sign back into your Hole19 account.

If you don't remember how you created your account, go to I can't sign back in, the app is not accepting my email. What should I do?

If you see the 'Email not found' error message, it's likely because you used a different email to create your account or selected the 'Sign in with Apple' option. With 'Sign in with Apple,' there's an option to hide the email, in which case Apple creates a private relay email to serve as the communication channel between Hole19 and the user's personal email. Ultimately, the email linked to Hole19 will be that private relay email and that's the one you should use.
