You may have: Signed up using a different email address or Used Apple, Google, or Facebook Sign-In. -
If you use Sign in with Apple, your account may be linked to a private relay email address generated by Apple instead of your personal email address. These email addresses usually look similar to:
abcd1234@privaterelay.appleid.com. To find your Apple relay email: Open Settings on your iPhone > Tap your name > Select Sign-In & Security > Tap Sign in with Apple > Select Hole19 > Under This App Received, you’ll see the relay email associated with your account. - If you created your account using Apple, Google, or Facebook Sign-In, make sure you reset the password using the email address associated with that account.
