If your features aren't unlocked after subscribing, the fix is almost always to fully close and reopen the app, or tap Restore Purchases in Me > Settings > Subscription. If that doesn't work, you're probably signed into a different Hole19 account than the one in which the subscription is linked to.
Applies to
- Premium and Intelligence subscribers
- iOS and Android
Restore your subscription
Steps are the same on iOS and Android.
- Fully close the Hole19 app (swipe it away from the app switcher) and reopen it.
- Tap Me in the bottom bar, then the Settings icon.
- Tap Subscription.
- If no active plan is shown, tap Restore Purchases. On iOS, also tap Restore Past Purchases.
- If nothing reactivates, the subscription may be linked to a different Hole19 account. Follow the steps to transfer it to the account you're signed into.
Worth noting
Most "missing" subscriptions come down to having more than one Hole19 account, usually because you created an account with a different method (email, Google, Apple) from the one you're currently signed into.
iOS only: if you signed in with Apple, your account may be tied to a hidden relay email ending in privaterelay.appleid.com. To find it, on your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple > Hole19. That's likely the email linked to your Hole19 account. Then open Hole19 and tap Sign in with Apple again to access that account.
