Promo codes, including those you received as a gift voucher, are redeemed on the Hole19 website exclusively. If you already have an active Premium or Intelligence subscription on any platform, you'll need to let it expire before you can apply your code, because subscriptions can't be stacked.
Who this applies to
- Anyone with a Hole19 promo code, including codes received as a Premium gift voucher.
- Applies whether your current subscription is billed through the App Store, Google Play, or the Hole19 website.
Before you start
- If you don't currently have an active subscription, go straight to the Hole19 website and apply your code at checkout.
- If you do have an active subscription, follow the steps below first.
How to redeem your code when you have an active subscription
Step 1: Cancel your current subscription's auto-renewal
Cancelling auto-renewal stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until that date, so nothing changes immediately.

Step 2: Wait for your current subscription to expire
- Your Premium or Intelligence features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Once the subscription expires, you're free to redeem your code.
- If you recently subscribed and would prefer a refund rather than waiting out the billing period, see our refund guide for the rules that apply to your platform.
Step 3: Redeem your code on the Hole19 website
Once your previous subscription has ended, enter your code at checkout on the Premium or Intelligence subscription page.
How codes and active subscriptions interact
- Subscriptions can't be stacked or combined.
- A code won't extend an existing subscription, it only activates a new one once your current subscription has expired.
- This rule applies no matter which platform your current subscription is on.
Troubleshooting
- My code isn't being accepted. Confirm you don't have an active subscription on any platform. If you recently cancelled but are still inside the paid period, your code won't apply until the end date has passed. Also double-check the code for typos and make sure it hasn't expired.
- I cancelled my renewal but the code still doesn't work. Cancelling renewal doesn't end your subscription immediately. You stay subscribed, with full Premium or Intelligence access, until the end of your billing period. Try applying the code after that date.
- I'm not sure which platform my subscription is on. Check the receipt email you received when you subscribed, or your Hole19 account details in the app.

- By subscribing to a Premium or Intelligence plan, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- All Hole19 subscriptions auto-renew. To avoid being charged for a new period, cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription end date.
