How to cancel your subscription renewal

Your subscription won't be cancelled immediately, cancelling stops the auto-renewal, so you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Not sure where you subscribed?

Open the app → Me tab → Settings icon (top right) → Subscriptions. You'll see the platform used and your renewal date.

Cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play

• App Store: Click here.
• Google Play Store: Click here.

Cancel a subscription purchased on the Hole19 website

• Open the Hole19 app: Tap the Me tab → Settings icon (top right) → Subscriptions → Cancel Renewal

  

Notes:

• Cancelling stops the renewal only and your Premium or Intelligence features remain active until the end of the paid period.
• All subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the duration you selected at purchase.
