How to subscribe or upgrade to Premium or Intelligence?

I'm a Free user:

I'm a Premium user and want to upgrade to Intelligence:

 

If you're a Free user

You can subscribe to Premium or Intelligence through the Hole19 website or via in-app purchase on your device.
 

On the Hole19 website

  • Go to the Premium subscription page or the Intelligence subscription page on the Hole19 website
  • Tap the subscribe button for your chosen plan
  • Sign in to your existing Hole19 account
  • Complete the purchase using your preferred payment method

    Note: The Hole19 website only offers the annual plan. Monthly and six-month plans are not available on the website.

On iPhone - subscribing via App Store

To Premium:

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap the Me tab in the bottom bar
  • A prompt will appear inviting you to upgrade to Premium > tap it
  • Choose your preferred plan and complete the purchase through the App Store

To Intelligence:

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap Performance in the bottom bar
  • A prompt at the bottom of the screen will appear: "Ready To Play Better?" > tap it
  • Choose your preferred plan: monthly, 6 months, or yearly
  • Tap Unlock Intelligence to complete the purchase through the App Store 

On Android - subscribing via Google Play Store

To Premium:

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap the Me tab in the bottom bar
  • A prompt will appear inviting you to upgrade to Premium > tap it
  • Choose your preferred plan and complete the purchase through the Google Play Store 

 

To Intelligence:

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap Performance in the bottom bar
  • Open a round and tap into it to open the Round Summary
  • Scroll to My Statistics and tap Strokes Gained Analysis
  • Tap Unlock Intelligence
  • Choose your preferred plan: monthly, 6 months, or yearly
  • Confirm the purchase. It will be processed through the Google Play Store
     

If you're a Premium user upgrading to Intelligence

How your upgrade works, and what you'll be charged, depends on where you originally purchased your Premium subscription.

Important: You must upgrade through the same platform where you bought Premium. Cross-platform upgrades are not supported.
 

 

If your Premium subscription was purchased on the Hole19 website:

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap the Me tab in the bottom bar
  • Tap the ⚙️ cogwheel in the top-right corner to open Settings
  • Tap Subscription
  • Tap Manage Subscription and follow the steps to upgrade to Intelligence

    Note: Website upgrades are only available as an annual plan.

What you'll be charged: You only pay for the time remaining on your current Premium billing cycle. The cost of any unused Premium time is deducted from the Intelligence price, so you're never charged twice for the same period.

Example: if you have one month left on your Premium subscription, you'll be charged the equivalent of one month of Intelligence minus the unused value of your Premium plan.
 

 

If your Premium subscription was purchased on the App Store

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap the Me tab in the bottom bar
  • Tap the ⚙️ cogwheel in the top-right corner to open Settings
  • Tap Subscription
  • Tap Unlock Intelligence
  • Choose your preferred plan: monthly, 6 months, or yearly
  • Tap Unlock Intelligence to confirm, the purchase will be processed through the App Store

What you'll be charged: The App Store charges the full price of your chosen Intelligence plan upfront, and a new subscription period starts from the date of the upgrade. The App Store will then automatically issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your Premium subscription.
 

 

If your Premium subscription was purchased on the Google Play Store

  • Open the Hole19 app and tap the Me tab in the bottom bar
  • Tap the ⚙️ cogwheel in the top-right corner to open Settings
  • Tap Subscription
  • Follow the prompt to upgrade to Intelligence, the purchase will be processed through the Google Play Store

What you'll be charged: Google Play handles this the same way as the website, you only pay for the remaining time on your current Premium billing cycle. The unused value of your Premium subscription is applied automatically, so you're only charged the difference.
