If you’re locked out, the most common issue is using the wrong sign-in method. Check how you created your account and follow the steps below.
Sign Up with Email and Password
- Search your inbox for “Welcome to Hole19! 🏌️”
- The recipient of that email (that is, the email linked to your account)
- Use that email to sign in
- Forgot your password? Reset it here.
Sign Up with Facebook/Google/Apple
- Open the Hole19 app
- Tap “Already a member? Sign in”
- Tap “Sign in with Facebook”, “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Apple”

When using Sign in with Apple, your account may be linked to a private email ending in privaterelay.appleid.com. To find this email on iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > [your name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID > Hole19
Using Apple Sign-In can sometimes create a duplicate account if your real email was already used before. In this case, your subscription may not appear because it’s linked to a different account - Always tap “Already a member? Sign in”. Do not tap “Sign up”, or you may create a new account without your rounds, stats, or subscription
