How to generate an Otto report
- Play and save a full round in Hole19, ideally tracking fairways hit, greens in regulation and putts
- Open the Performance tab (or your Round Summary) and select the round you want to analyse
- Tap View report
- Wait 30–60 seconds while Otto analyses your round
- Review your insights and tap to save or share the report
Your report appears instantly in the Round Summary. Come back to it anytime. Reports never expire.
If you're on Intelligence
Otto is included in your plan. No purchase needed. Reports unlock automatically on every round, current or historical.
If you're on Premium or Free: buying a report pack
Report packs are one-off purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Premium subscribers save 40% vs. Free users.
Available packs:
- Initiate: 5 reports
- Improve: 10 reports
- Upgrade: 25 reports
To buy a pack:
- Open Otto AI Reports in the Hole19 app (Me > Settings > Otto AI > Buy More)
- Tap the pack size you want
- Confirm the purchase through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Reports are added to your account immediately
Tips for better insights
- Track fairways, greens in regulation and putts on every round. More data means sharper analysis
- Generate reports across different course types to spot patterns
- Focus on the top 2–3 recommendations rather than trying to fix everything at once
- Pair Otto's feedback with CORE Golf drills (included with Intelligence on iOS)

Troubleshooting
I don't see Otto in my app.
Otto is available on iOS and Android. Update to the latest app version from the App Store or Google Play.
My report looks incomplete.
Otto needs full round data. Make sure fairways hit, greens in regulation and putts are logged before generating.
Can I get a refund for unused reports?
Report packs are non-refundable, but unused reports never expire. For technical issues, contact our Customer Service team.
